Usually collections are tangible and non-perishable goods that one can keep for long periods of time, with decay as the only enemy. The types of collections range from card collectibles to exotic figures from long lost civilizations, it can range from just about anything a collector has attachment to, (except for food of course). Collectors’ item, aside from sentimental value can also possess a heavy monetary value mainly because of its rarity and associated story. Yes, story, many collections can have a great story to tell, experiences, history and a whole lot more.

Since collections can vary deeply from person to person, it is up to you to choose what kind of collection you want to develop or have. It can range from just about anything like your favourite miniature toy cars, soldiers, movie character dolls, coins, or even your neighbour’s socks. The task is totally up to you.
